The way we see it, the people at SOLINET didn't come out of a traditional education machine - they have ideas, humor, originality, spontaneous creativity and ambition.   So we don't look for a classical CV and history of relevant experience.  We're at the leading edge, so looking for people to match some predefined template just isn't our way of doing things.
