Job Description

 

Working with sales and development engineers to create, organize and hold technical seminars/training courses. Focusing on effective communication of product use and related background technology, the courses are flexible enough to be used in different configurations for participant groups with varying levels of experience.

 

Within the scope of the training center a related activity is to formalize procedures, courses and content. Links to other departments should be established to optimize use of presentation/course material and to identify synergy effect and common objectives.

 

A dynamic personality is needed with excellent communication skills. Although detailed training will be provided, a telecom background and familiarity with using UNIX and/or Windows is required. The ability to 'learn by doing' is essential for this position.  Experienced specialist engineers are available in-house to provide support for detailed courses as co-trainers.

 

The training center has significant potential and offers many opportunities for a self-motivating person to develop and expand.

 

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills/qualifications profile:

• University Degree in a technical field or experience and proven aptitude for technology.
  
• Previous training, instruction or presentation experience.
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), plus a second language.
