The SOLINET Maintenance agreement provides a range of services for new or installed SOLINET Signaling Systems and/or software. The aim of the Maintenance Agreement is to provide an extended level of hardware and/or software support tailored to specific requirements.

 

The following services are included in the 6 months and can be extended annually independently or in combination:

• Hardware Warranty
• Software Maintenance
• Test Suite Maintenance

SOLINET users can contact our support team by telephone, fax and email. The email address is distributed automatically to all members of the support team and is the fastest way to contact the relevant specialists. The response time for technical support is typically less than 2 working days, normally the same working day.

 

Hardware Warranty

 

SOLINET has a 6 month hardware warranty covering mechanical components and basic system functionality from date of delivery. It should however be noted that the warranty excludes any liability for events beyond the control of the supplier or resulting from any situations involving third parties.

 

Software Maintenance

 

Software updates are available on request or when required for bug fixes free of charge for 6 months from date of delivery.

 

Test Suite Maintenance

 

Test suites are maintained and published by the ACATS FORUM on the www.ACATS-FORUM.org website. Automatic membership is free of charge for 6 months from date of delivery.

Subscribers can download test suites from the www.ACATS-FORUM.org Internet once a password application has been authorized. It should however be noted that the Software Update Service and the Test Suite Update service do not cover new features introduced after the initial purchase of the system.
