Thank you for your interest in The SAFIRE Signaling System. The SAFIRE Signaling System is a high performance and user-friendly tool addressing key test requirements in the area of signaling.

 

This easy-to-use, portable and fully integrated device, supports a wide range of applications and physical interfaces. It powerfully traces, decodes, analyzes and validates signaling systems for ATM, CDMA, Frame Relay, GPRS, GSM, INAP, IP, ISDN, SS7, UMTS and V5.

 

Based on an open architecture and modular design it is a future-safe and cost effective solution for demanding requirements.

 

Rapid Prototyping

 

The SAFIRE Signaling System builds on the SAFIRE platform, which provides standard components for signaling protocols and resource management, as well as a rapid prototyping environment for the implementation and customization of new features.

 

Testing (Emulation)

 

In emulation mode, The SAFIRE Worldsystem behaves according to the relevant protocol, terminating the signaling of the interfaces under test. It emulates the network component and tests the system under test (SUT) under realistic conditions. SOLINET emulators are complete, functional and self-driven systems, enabling you to check the behavior of an IUT against the standard.

 

Testing (Simulation)

 

In simulation mode, The SAFIRE Signaling System uses its powerful test suite execution engine to automatically send tests cases to the SUT. You can also graphically edit/write test cases using the SDL based editor. Test suites validated by the ACATS Forum are also available.

 

Monitoring

 

Using the built-in tracer The SAFIRE Signaling System captures all the related signaling online. Advanced filtering features enable you to quickly locate the appropriate messages. The protocol decode functionality translates the raw binary signaling into symbolic form for human interpretation. Protocol decodes are available for over 1,000 specifications.

As a simulator, The SAFIRE Worldsystem ensures both depth and breadth of test coverage.

 

Replacing real equipment in the development lab with The SAFIRE Worldemulator or simulator reduces costs, shortens the product development cycle, and accelerates time-to-market.
