We believe that professionals working on the leading edge of technology shouldn't have to worry too much about money. Our attitude is, money shouldn't be the main thing in life, but it helps to have enough! Anyway we certainly don't claim to pay the best salaries, but, if we took the trouble to check, we may well find out that we do! At least we don't hear any complaints, but maybe that's due to the vicious dogs in front of the accounts dept...

 

In any case, it is our principle that every hour worked should be rewarded and so we pay all time worked. Unpaid overtime is not part of our way of thinking. When individuals put in the extra effort late at night to meet a deadline or get an answer back to a customer on the other side of the world before they start work, we reward that effort as part of the SOLINET lifestyle.

Generally we offer 30 days (6 weeks) paid holiday every year plus public holidays. As most people don't take that much holiday in a year we treat any untaken holiday as overtime! All time in excess of the regular hours is paid at 25% extra.

 

Everybody at SOLINET works hard to get the best results and the salaries match. We don't believe in formal reviews, but in continual improvement by personal development. Normally a person's salary is increased in step with the responsibility they take and the contribution they make. Where exceptional results are achieved, voluntary bonus payments are made in recognition.
